Located behind the Zoar Hotel on the corner of Second and Foltz Streets.
Built in 1863, this was the second Cider Mill in Zoar. A steam engine was added in 1870 to provide power for the machines in the cabinet shop located on the second floor. The front of the building was removed at some point. The home today is a private residence.
